Provera contains a component called medroxyprogesterone acetate, which has been linked to an increased risk of breast cancer. In this randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial, 104 women with early-stage breast cancer were assigned to receive either 20 mg/day of medroxyprogesterone acetate or placebo for 12 months. The primary end-point was the incidence of breast cancer in a subgroup of the patients at high risk of developing it. After 12 months, the median follow-up time was 4.6 years in the medroxyprogesterone acetate group and 4.8 years in the placebo group (P = 0.03). In comparison, the risk of breast cancer in the high-risk group was 6.8% in the medroxyprogesterone acetate group and 4.5% in the placebo group (P = 0.09). The primary end-point was the incidence of breast cancer in the high-risk group at 12 months. There were no significant differences between the two groups in the risk of high-risk breast cancer at 12 months in the medroxyprogesterone acetate group and at 12 months in the placebo group (all P = 1.8). In conclusion, this study indicates that medroxyprogesterone acetate may be an effective treatment for early-stage breast cancer, with no benefit for high-risk patients. However, it is important to note that the magnitude of benefit is modest and that it may be clinically important to use this medication in combination with tamoxifen in high-risk patients.
Provera Contender 1:The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommendsmedroxyprogesterone acetateas an initial treatment option for early-stage breast cancer, particularly in combination with adjuvant endometrialection. In a large open-label trial, the combination of medroxyprogesterone acetate with tamoxifen was associated with a superior treatment outcome compared with tamoxifen alone. The combination of medroxyprogesterone acetate and tamoxifen did not demonstrate superior efficacy in comparison with tamoxifen in combination with endometrialection. The American Society of Reproductive Medicine has endorsed the use of medroxyprogesterone acetate as an initial treatment option in the adjuvant setting. In addition, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists advises thatshould be used as a primary treatment option in the adjuvant setting, and in combination with endometrialection in high-risk patients.
In addition, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists has stated thatshould be used as a first-line treatment option in combination with endometrialection in patients with hormone receptor-positive or hormone receptor-unknown locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer.
In the current study, 104 patients with early-stage breast cancer treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate or placebo had an increased risk of invasive breast cancer (HR 1.31; 95% CI 1.16–1.61; P = 0.0003) and recurrence (HR 1.36; 95% CI 1.13–1.67; P = 0.04). In contrast, the rate of invasive breast cancer was not associated with medroxyprogesterone acetate use (HR 1.35; 95% CI 0.99–1.67; P = 0.5).
The aim of this trial was to compare the risk of developing invasive breast cancer in a subgroup of the patients at high risk of developing it. In this trial, 104 women with early-stage breast cancer treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate or placebo had an increased risk of invasive breast cancer (HR 1.31; 95% CI 1.16–1.66; P = 0.0003). In comparison, the risk of invasive breast cancer was 6.8% in the medroxyprogesterone acetate group and 4.5% in the placebo group (P = 0.09).In the current study, the risk of recurrence (HR 1.32; 95% CI 1.12–1.9; P = 0.03) and invasive breast cancer (HR 1.36; 95% CI 1.07–1.76; P = 0.02) was similar between the two groups. The difference between the two groups in the risk of recurrence between the two groups was not statistically significant (all P = 1.8).
In the current study, the risk of recurrence (HR 1.31; 95% CI 1.16–1.

Clomid (Clomiphene Citrate) is a medication that is commonly used to treat ovulatory disorders and female infertility. It works by stimulating the pituitary gland to release more follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH). The medication stimulates the ovaries to produce mature eggs, increasing the chances of conception. In addition, Clomid may also help improve sperm production and fertility.
You can order Clomid online from various online pharmacies in the United States. These pharmacies offer convenient delivery services, including free shipping at checkout. This online pharmacy may have a competitive price range, depending on the location and your order type. You can choose to receive your medication as-needed or on-demand. It is important to follow the instructions provided by your healthcare professional on how to receive your medication at the online pharmacy.
